Edit a note

I frequently add notes to an Excel spreadsheet, but when I try to edit it, the note box opens far away from the original cell. I have to drag it back to its proper place Is there a way to make notes always open right next to the cell it belongs to?

Normally when you select a cell I.e cell A1, you can easily insert Note and it will remain in the cell
