@MarinaSaadalla Not sure what you want to show as the end result, but in the attached workbook I determined which values in column A on the data sheet (2853) exists in the criteria list (108 items). I u sed XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP. The first one might not work if you are on an older Excel version.
Now filter out the "Not found" to be left with a list of items that occur in both lists.
If this is not what you had in mind, please clarify.
