Dropdown list for suggestions

Hello, 
I would like to use a dropdown-list in combination with a free text. Is this possible? If yes.... how?

In the next step I would like to add the new text to my dropdown list automatically (for the next cells).

If I have correctly understood the translation of your text, this is the easiest way.

To do this, go to "Error Message" in the validity menu and set the type to "Warning" or "Information" instead of "Stop".
