drop down menu

Hello community,
I am using an excel spreadsheet with multiple users. We don't have the same drop down menus. We use the same updated versions of the application. Here is a picture of the two versions of the drop-down menus:

One is a bit old and not very practical, the other one is really nice to use: you just have to type the first letters and the list is refined according to it.
I don't understand why some people have this old version, could you help me?
Thanks a lot! I've been searching for several days and I can't find the answer.

Have those "old" users click File, Account and then check for updates.

Unfortunately this does not change anything, all computers are up to date and the versions of Excel are the same for everyone! (Version 2303 Build 16.0.16227.20202) 64 bits
