First time i have used this, and not sure what i need can actually be done, but any help would be great. Not very knowledgeable on Excel so please be kind if you reply :-). I need a drop down list in a cell, say 12 items, but once an item is picked i need this to no longer be available to the next person (so blocking each one) until they are all used up. Then if some one unpicks it, it becomes free again. Is this possible? thanks
