When I try to download a report from Quickbooks desktop QuickBooks freezes and I have to ctrl/alt/del and close Quickbooks. I have tried on multiple versions of QB and the same thing happens. I have uninstalled all my quickbooks versions and reinstalled 2 of them but the problem persists.
