Hello there!

I have an excel file, with time columns but doesn't recognize as "time", there is any option that I can convert without having to write one by one?

For some reason, all five columns contain text values, even though they are formatted as date or time.

Do the following:

  • Select column A.
  • On the Data tab of the ribbon, click Text to Columns.
  • Click Next > twice, so that you are on Step 3.
  • Select Date, and select DMY from the dropdown.
  • Click Finish.
  • Select column C and do the same.
  • Select an empty cell and copy it.
  • Select columns B, D and E.
  • Right-click anywhere in the selection.
  • Select Paste Special... from the context menu.
  • Select Add.
  • Click OK.
  • Set the number format to a time format.

Executing this took less time than writing it down...

Tks for the Help!
