What is happening: I create a copy from an specific tab to a new workbook. On the original file there are many cells with formulas. I work with the new workbook, save it and close it. When I open it again, prompt appears "do not update" the values to the linked original file. I click "don't update", but instead getting the values (since I clicked don't update), excel brings me #VALUE!. as if it was still trying to link to the original file. And even if I save the file to my Mac, I still get #VALUE!

@Patriciamelo The duplicate tab might be referencing a formula name or tab from the original/closed workbook. It will be better if you can share the file, removing any sensitive data, to make it easier to find these references
