I'm needing help dividing subtotals in a pivot table by 8.5. I Have a pivot table that shows me the total amount of hours (equal to 8.5 hour shifts) that were worked each day of the month, but I also need to know the number of people who worked 8.5 hour shifts each day. I know I can get that number by dividing the subtotals next to each date by 8.5, but I don't know how to create the field to make that happen. I've attached my excel sheet for further help, or for other ideas to achieve this goal.
