Dividing quantities by inserting rows

Copper Contributor
I am currently facing a challenge on one of my excel report which is basically used for formatting Sales order lines in order to upload on ERP (Baan).

Basically, I get data for the 'x' part for 10000 qty (multiple lines of different parts). but as per minimum order quantity( for e.g. 1500, I supposed to split them into 1500 x 6 lines and one line of 1000. likewise, there is a huge row I need to split and update. Then loading SO lines in ERP. I tried a lot using automation with it but I am not able to identify the right logic. Could anybody help me with the right logic that i can use to make automation?

Is this what you want?

@Ramiz_Assaf Hi ,

Its not a shipment, Its a sales order creation template for upload in ERP.

Please find attached example for your reference.

Basically I have given qty ordered in PO by customer and accordingly we need to split them in ERP  by lines for SO.

@Jairaj15

The 2nd example you provide seems to be wrong

please find the implementation anyways

Thank you so much

Its solving my problem. Just a question, is it going to work if i have multiple rows to be split like more than 100 rows?

@Jairaj15

It will now split it until 1000

@Ramiz_Assaf Thank you so much Ramiz.
