Display data from other cells/sheets with conditions

Copper Contributor

Hey guys, I am new to this community! Nice to meet you all here.

I am facing a problem whereby I have a list of items with either yes or no options (as shown below),

Stock A    Yes
Stock B    No
Stock C    No
Stock D    Yes

Then I would like to have those stocks with "Yes" being display in another sheet/cells like this (as shown below),

Stock A
Stock D

Anyone knows how to set the formula in this case? I have tried IF formula, however, it will have blank instead if the stocks is with "No" (as shown below)

Stock A
(blank)
(blank)
Stock D

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you.

@Jesling

As for Mac, my knowledge is (to put it mildly) very limited.

But filters should also work with Mac.

Here is an example file with table filter.

FILTER function

The FILTER function allows you to filter a range of data based on criteria you define.

Hope I was able to help you with this info.
