I have a sheet shared with several users, how could I apply edit access on each column in order each user can edit specific column not all the columns?

You can apply edit access on each column by selecting the column you want to restrict,
then click on the “Review” tab,
and select “Allow Users to Edit Ranges” in the “Changes” group.
In the “Allow Users to Edit Ranges” dialog box, click “New”.
In the “New Range” dialog box, click the “Collapse Dialog” button.
Select the range you want to restrict, and then click the “Collapse Dialog” button again.
