I've been searching the internet for quite a while now to find an answer to the following:
I would like to know whether it is possible to delete an entire row/column which also is part of a table.
If I try this now, the error message appears: 'it is not possible to delete this row/column now'.
Hope that there is a genius who knows an answer to this riddle.
Johan.

Hi,
I'm an expert in Excel, so don't worry, the sheet is not protected in whatever way :)
Try it yourselve;
* make a table in a sheet with a couple of rows
* try to delete an entire row where the row also has a row of the table in it
* you will recieve an error message that the row can't be deleted.

That is curious if it is not protected or in any way filtered, could you try copying the data (in that worksheet) to a fresh excel file? That has "solved" more than one issue for me.

Hi Marlina,
That does not do the tric unfortunately. It has to do with the fact that the table is sort of a spreadsheet in a spreadsheet. Apparently it is than no longer possible to delete the row/column.
If I change the table to a normal range, I can delete the row/column.
