Delayed response in opening up workbooks or CSV files

I have a delayed response in opening up any size workbook or CSV file

I have disabled add-ins as well as protective view, but problem not resolved

It would be appreciated if anyone could shed some light on how to resolve this.

@FlupsieTry unchecking the "Disable hardware graphics acceleration" checkbox in the Advanced menu of Excel Options.

Thanks for the reply. I had disabled this a few months ago as swell as all add-ins, but no luck

Even small csv files have a delay of 20-30 secs

I think that this may have to do with a Windows update or a Winsows 10 setting that needs to be amended

I havve boiught CCleaner Professional and which I run weekly and problem is now resolved
