Delay on scrolling

There is an excel file with 130k rows that when I opened on Office 365(at work) or Office 2019(at home). there is a delay on scrolling vertically and horizontally. This issue doesn't happen on Office 2013.

Here is the screen record, PSR and Test file is attached which opened in Excel Safe mode

Per checking on What's new in Microsoft 365, This was already fix as of Version 14729.20260. However still the same issue encountered even on safe mode

I have the Version 2112 (Build 14729.20260) and this issue

@Jan Karel Pieterse No this is pure text only, there is no formulas also. The data was formatted as table from csv
