Defined Names

Copper Contributor

Hi,

Over the years I have this accumulated names & those have reference to external files and I have to delete them one by one. Is there a way to purge all the names in bulk?

Thank you,

@KiranKK On the Formula ribbon you find the Name Manager. Here you can select multiple names and delete them in one go.

Thanks;
But I can't see Name Manager on the ribbon. I just see a Define Name, Create Name;
I am on MAcBookVersion (Office 360)
I meant Office365 License.
And in the Define Name box, I can delete them one by one. Tried various combinations for selecting multiple names but no success.

@KiranKK Aha! That's one of the features that are NOT available the Mac, unfortunately. Sorry.

Thank you. Much appreciated.
I just have to find a Windows Laptop then to get rid of this problem.
