I have roughly 1,000 students and have recorded their Bios. I need to know how to find which students have birthdays this week.
I want to do this every week so I can congratulate them, this will help motivate them (If you want a reason).
I am happy to make a seperate tab just for this. I have 2 tabs already, grade 9 and grade 12.

Depends on how your data is organized and on which version of Excel you are. You may highlight people with BOD on coming week using conditional formatting. You may list them in separate spill using FILTER(). Perhaps other options.
