Date Formulas

Hi,

I’m trying to calculate the years between two dates and I keep getting #NUM! as a response.  The formula I’m using is =DATEDIF(P3,O3,"Y").  What I’m I doing wrong?

As additional information, I have Office Professional Plus 2019.

Perhaps you start date is in O3. If not it shall work as
