Date changes

Is there a way to show/track changes to production dates listed in columns B-F for a product listed in column “A”

Cell A3- A32 are products in production.

Cells B3:B32, F3:F32 are weekly production updates in short date format

track one change? or track every time it changes?, automatically no because you need a column with a static date to compare to in order for you to know if it has changed and the only way for you to track each time it has changed is to key it into your production date change.
