Date and time

I am using the formula =now() to add the date and time to a spreadsheet. It works correctly however, the date and time changes in all cells using the formula. Any recommendations on how to keep the other cells from updating.?

If you want some kind of timestamp to record when a specific cell changes, you need VBA code.

If so, please provide more detailed information.
