Hello

I have a question, if it is possible to move the select button inside the cell.

And if it is possible that the select button will be shown always (not only if you choose that particular cell).

You cannot do that with data validation. You could use a combo box instead - see https://www.contextures.com/xlDataVal11.html and https://www.contextures.com/xlDataVal14.html
