Data review list limited?
As of Excel 2007, this limit has been increased and is now 32,767 characters per cell.

*Theoretically, if you also save old files before Excel 2007 with "Save As" under a new file name and select "Excel workbook (* .xlsx)" as the format, this should also expand to 32,767 .

Correctly observed  :-).
Not the Excel cell is limited, only the input field for the list.

Solution:
You write the list one below the other in a free area, e.g. in from J28 down to J38.
Without a comma.
In the data validity you then state as "source"
= $ J $ 28: $ J $ 38

Thx
