In previous versions of Mac Excel, I was able to use lists from external workbooks for data validation. This no longer works and returns an error message - when you point the data validation list to a reference in another workbook an error message is given "This type of reference cannot be used in a data validation formula" Anyone know what is going wrong or how to get round this? (Office 365 Excel for Mac 16.44)
