I've been working to come up with solutions for creating a dynamic drop-down for a study plan schedule.
I want the dropdown to depend on what "Term" it is and what "courses" are available in a degree.
There is a masterlist that has all courses in column 1, and dates that the course is available are in Column 2,3,4 (Dates available are marked with "Y").
I've been trying all sorts of Index/Match/data validation techniques but not sure what the best way to approach this is. None of the array formulas have worked for me so far.
I've had it suggested that the format of my data is easy for humans to read, but not for Excel, so that could be something holding me back.
Any input would be appreciated. Let me know if you would like me to clarify anything.
