Data validation commas change to semicolons in excel online

I prepared a simple data validation drop-down list in the online version which is shared and used over sharepoint. When the list is in use, the commas I used to seperate the items change to semicolons after a while and it can not seperate the items because, online version uses commas for the job. 

I believe the problem might be someone's computer in the user group is using semicolons for seperation of something, but is there a shortcut to correct it without having to involve with someone else's computer?

Instead of hardcoding you may keep elements of drop-down list in some table or range. With that you don't depend on regional settings.
