Data Streamer does not appear in excel after installing

After downloading and installing Microsoft Data Streamer it does not appear in excel, what might be the reason?

Could it be that you have not enabled the Data Streamer add-in?

If so, here is how you may do that:

already looked this page, data streamer does not appear in this COM Add-in list either.
