@KAMLESH_JANGIR Hi, right click to edit query, check if there are any changes in the steps since.

If you were on a different computer check that any source is updated.

You can try replicating the query and run the second query. It worked for me.

Lastly, check that when you close the query, close & load to a new worksheet.

Not all versions of Excel 2016 had the data model (Power Pivot) available

Can you confirm what version of Excel you have,  and whether you are able to go to File Options Add-ins select Com Addins and see if Power Pivot is available and ticked?

@Wyn Hopkins , IMHO, any 2016 has data model. But not any has Power Pivot, only Pro versions.
