Hello,
I have change my laptop and on the new one, in the menu "Data / Get External Data" the item "From Online Services" is Gray. My user is an office 365 user and on my other laptop it is working.
Do you have any idea why this is in gray ?

Do you have exactly the same Office365 subscription on both laptops?

Hi @Serge_Payeur , I have the same problem. I am using an enterprise account and it went pretty well yesterday. After the tab greyed out, I tried almost all the solutions available online but cannot solve the problem. Appreciate very much if you can share how to deal with this.
