Data gathering and structuring into different sheets with different data requirements

I need to set up an Excel sheet system which shall call up different sheets for different data sets. Someone can help me?

Not sure if I interpret the request correctly but it seems that you have many sheets of data within a workbook, which you would like to reference and switch to on demand....if so, you could create summary or index sheet with a list of each data set and simply use a hyperlink to the relative sheets / data (you may find a hyperlink on each of the data sheets helpful, directed back to the summary / index sheet)
