Data formatting problem with Legacy Web Wizard

Hello,
I am importing the data from a Local Web page with a Legacy Web Wizard because the local Web page uses basic authentication. The problem I am facing is that cells that contain 0 at the beginning of the value are not properly imported, for example, 001 is imported as 1. How can I format Legacy Web import so it recognizes the data as text and import value as it is on the web page?

are you sure the web page is coded to treat 0 as no value and just skip it? so data "0 1 3 4 5" is stored on the page as "1,3,4,5" particularly i find that when i am at work dealing with custom webpages, you will find sloppy coding from very talented novices that will not handle data storage and data security properly. I would start with the web page being the issue.
