This is a farfetched ask but does anyone have any suggestions/ideas on how to get the data formatted from Current to Reformatted? Basically, I do not want the data to have any blanks and the file I am working on is 11k+ rows.
Current | Reformatted |
1 | 1a |
2 | 2a |
3 | 3a |
4 | 4a |
5 | 5a |
6 | 6a |
7 | 7a |

@StephenieMWC This seems to be a task for PowerQuery. In the attached file I have replicated the data that was visible in your picture and demonstrated how PQ can transform the data from Current (the grey area) to Reformatted (the green table). I doubt that it will work straight-away on your real data set but hope that it gives you some ideas on what's possible. Note that the applied query steps are very crude and I did not make any attempts to optimize them or even make them look nicer.
