Data filtering

I have a excel file as per attached format  

I need to filter the data based on some sample conditions as below:

1. I need names of members who have Completed the course  Business Process Framework Fundamentals and Passed the exam Business Process Framework (eTOM) Foundation Level Exam

2. I need names of members who have passed the exam TM Forum Open API Fundamentals and also Passed the exam TM Forum Information Framework (SID) Fundamentals

@ramchu2000 Perhaps not the most elegant way, but I believe that the pivot tables in sheets PT1 and PT2 will give you the lists asked for. See attached.
