I am trying to create a form in Excel for data entry.  How do I do this?

@Hans Vogelaar  I have no form command on my program. I have looked repeatedly.

The data form is available in Excel for Windows, but sadly not in Excel for Mac. Are you on Mac?

Yes I am. Are there any other options?

You'd have to roll your own, but that's a lot of work.
