Damaged sheet

I created a sheet in Excel and coped a workbook from templates. When I finished my work I close and save that file. After a few minutes I remembered that I forgot to add something. I tried to turn it on again,, but it is broken. I use a microsoft "technical problem", but it's not working. I spend a lot of time on this project and I want it back... Is there any option to fix it? Help me please...
