I am looking for some help. I have a set of records of daily weather records for every day since 1983. See below

I have put this data into pivot tables and have been able to come up with daily records (Highs/Lows/Averages etc.) But would like to find a way to automate a system to capture all of the data points I need and automatically populate a dashboard (see below). I am not sure this is possible but any advice or help pointing me toward a helpful resource would be most appreciated.
