Custom Data Types

Dear Team,

 

This is a question regarding "Custom/Organisation Data Types". I have gone through the official tutorials from Microsoft on how to create and set featured tables in Power BI Desktop; so far so good, the thing is that I am able to see the newly created featured tables under "Data Types" in excel but my users are not able to see them. I have published the dataset to a "Workspace" that they have access, I have enabled the "Allow connections to featured tables" through Power BI Admin console and I have assigned my users a Power Bi Pro license. Am I missing something?
