Custom Conditional Formatting Argument: cell reference - cell reference minus 180 days

Copper Contributor

Here are the following factors:

Narrative Scenario:  Applicants are required to submit appraisals with their applications; appraisals cannot be older than 180 days from the submittal date. Applicants who submit appraisals beyond the 180 day threshold will be disqualified.

 ABC
1 Applicant 1Applicant 2
2Application Date8/1/20217/1/2021
3Appraisal Date3/1/202111/1/2020

what's the proper syntax for conditional formatting argument to highlight cells that would indicate disqualification?
