cross workbook references

I'm working on a workbook with multiple worksheets. The worksheets have equations that pull data from other worksheets within the workbook. I want to copy a block of equations from one worksheet within the workbook to another workbook, but when I do so I can't get rid of the reference to the source workbook.

Any Ideas?

If you only need the values, copy, then paste as values.

If you want to keep the formulas: does the target workbook have worksheets with the same names as the source workbook? If so, you can use the Replace dialog to replace [SourceWorkbook.xlsx] with nothing, where SourceWorkbook.xlsx is the name of the source workbook. If the sheet names don't match, the formulas won't work anymore...
