Creator of worksheet and people who receives that worksheets have always issues in printing.

Owner is able to print without any page setup.

But users have to do page setup all the time at the time of printing.

The creator of the file are Japanese people and the receivers are indians.

So i cross checked fonts, even the office applications are also in same version which is Office 2016 32-bit, and i also installed office language pack, Japanese keyboard also installed.

But i am still facing the issue.

What receivers shall do that's disable that setting (ON by default)

As advised, i tried to do it, but didn't receive any effect on print preview layout.

Please suggest if anything else i can do.

If you are printing to a network printer that is heavily used, your print jobs may be mixed in with other users' print jobs.

Here is some information about the problem that arises ... maybe there is a solution for you too :)
