Creating links in excel in a batch

Hi,

I have in an Excel page two columns: One is the display text and the other has a URL

I would like to create a hot link in the first column, based on the URL in the second.

I have over 7000 rows. I can the linking one at a time. Is there a formula that lets me do the 7000+ rows in one click?
