Creating Excel File to track and notify of core exchanges

In my industry we do a lot of core exchange transactions which we need to start tracking and create a better system to reorder these cores as they expire. I think that using excel will be the easiest way to track it across my organization and notify people by email after a set amount of days that they need to reorder the part for a core exchange. Was wondering if anyone had any templates they think could apply here, Thanks!

You'll get a quicker and more accurate answer, and those who want to help don't have to invest time guessing the problem :).

I recommend: Always inform about your Excel version, operating system, storage medium/hard drive, OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc.).

If possible, add a file (without sensitive data) and use this file to describe your project step by step, or add photos with the appropriate description.

Don't forget that not every Excel user has a clue about every job and what you see he can't see :).
