creating columns from one row

I am trying to export a file from my workplace database into excel but it will only make each line of data as one column. I need to separate each section into it's own column.

See if Data | Data Tools group | Text to Column button helps.

Yes! Thanks so much. I had to unmerge the columns then use the text to column button.
