Creating a Price list from Data Entered Daily

I need help creating a "Price list" with the most current price for every product entered. 

All I really need to see is the Product and current "Rounded" price. This is how we have figured out pricing with excel. I'm not sure what information I need to have in this post. Just ask and I'll add to the post if needed.

You can try this formula with the layout of the attached file. Enter the formula with ctrl+shift+enter if you don't work with Office365 or 2021.
