Create code for sentences

Hi, 

Is there any way that I can associate each sentence with a code? for example, I have a group of lengthy comments related to "Slow service" and I want to summarize those comments into keywords or very short sentences.  so instead of typing manually  "Slow service" I just want to type a code then the sentence automatically appears 

I have many comments that need to be categorized into short sentences so I need to create shortcuts either code or letters. It will save  a lot of time for me

If number of such comments is not quite big, perhaps you may collect them in separate list/table and organize drop-down list based on it to select comments in main table from this list.
