Create a PivotTable - Options

Hi, 

I was creating a PivotTable with a colleague and we have different options when creating a PivotTable.

Do you know how can I make Excel to show the same options?

We're using Office 365

Are sure you are on same version of Office, even if both are 365? You may check exact version in File->Account.

First one, "Create PivotTable" is outdated.
