Have 176 names. (112 names have no sales) 64 names are responsible for 2022 sales this month. The data is imported to excel from Outlook via Microsoft Exchange. I try to use countif to get how many names to sales. I get the right number. However I am not able to sort the column result (plus each row has the same value per name)I get an error result that says I cannot change an array. I really just want to be able to say mike had 54 sue had 55 etc in a sortable way. Is the answer in the Microsoft Exchange dialog box or some other way to do this?

Hi @Glens1969

could you please upload an example of your Excel workbook, so it's easier for the community here to understand the issue and to propose a solution.

I will make sample sheet and see if I can pull it from out look the same way. I cannot post real sheet as names are real. So I'll work on this today.
