Count line with interruption in counting

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a solution to be able to count an SLA availability period.
I have several columns and giant lines, these lines refer to the days of the month and column referring to the monitored service.
For the available service I use 100% and when there is unavailability it is below 100%, but I need to count which was the longest period of availability. As if it were counting accident-free days at work.
Example:
100 99.954 100 100 99.8489 100 99 99 100 99 100 99 100 99 100 100 100
In that case you would have 3 days of availability.
And here would be 10 days:
100 99.954 100 100 99.8489 100 99 99 100 100 100 100 100 100 100 100 100.
Would it be possible to perform this count in the worksheet?
