Count function Help

Hi All,

I need to be able to have a cell show its label and count. The count will come from differing items with the same criteria.

example of how cell should display: donuts sold: 3

Example of items and criteria: jelly - sold

                                                glazed - sold

                                                jelly - sold

                                                blueberry - not sold
