Copying one worksheet cells to another worksheet

I am trying to copy cells exactly from one worksheet to another with formatting but get a spill warning. Data seems to only come over once I click the "merge & center" button but then formatting is all out.

Copy cell formatting

or use Copy & Paste

STRG+C & STRG+V

Thanks but its not quite working how I need. I need document 1 to automatically update document 2, including formatting.

So for example on doc 2 A1: K100 is where I want the data from doc 1, which I get but its not in the same format.

I think it has something to do with the merged cells?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks
