Copying data from one excel to another programitically.

Hi,
I have two excels say Excel A and Excel B.

Excel A is used by some application .
Excel B having data that is modified by another application.

I want data in Excel A will get modified as soon as excel B data updated for few rows and columns. For e.g. suppose in Excel B, Data of Row 5, column 6 updated then corresponding data will be updated at excel A also.

For this, I simply made a refrence of Excel B on excel A and it's working fine when both excel are placed at window folder and open.

Now, I want to place file at one drive and want excel A will get updated as soon as excel B data changes without opening any of files.

Please suggest.

What do you mean by Excel A & B,, are they Workbooks or Sheets ??

Excel A is a excel sheet A and having Worksheet A.
Excel B is a excel sheet A and having Worksheet B.

I need when data in Worksheet B of Excel B is updated , it will get updated in Worksheet A of Excel A.
